USB3.0 が 2箇所、USB2.0 が 1箇所ありますが、全てのポートでUSBメモリー ・ USB3.0外付けケース+SSD からの起動を確認しました。
USB HDD はデーター用しか持っていない為、USB HDD からの起動は確認していません。

試した項目を書いておきます。

BIOSで 内蔵LAN , 無線LAN , カメラ の有効・無効が指定できます。

画面表示 普通に表示できます。
無線LAN 近くのアクセスポイントを検知しているようです。自分は持ってないので。
カメラ   cheese で確認しました。
内蔵LAN これで通信しています。
bluetooth 対応機器を持ってないのでわかりません。
