いままで付けていた内蔵hddの一つを外したら起動直後

が出てlubuntuが起動しません。
そのhddを戻したらgrub画面が現れた後正常にlubuntuが立ち上がります。
こちらではhddの着脱はしょっちゅうなので、致命的です。
わかる方あればよろしくお願いします。
60ギガssdにlubuntu15.10ひとつだけ入れています。
