NEC のノートパソコン PC-GN276GSDA にて Ubuntu 16.04 をインストールしたのですが内蔵の無線LANデバイスが認識されません。
無線LANデバイスに関する情報を調べる方法を読んで lspci コマンドを実行してみたのですがそれらしいデバイスは見つかりませんでした。下にログを書いておきます。Unassigned classというのでしょうか？

PCのサポート情報によると Realtek 製のようですが詳しいことはわかりませんでした。

本来私のようなスキルの無い人間が口出すべきでは無いのですが返信がつかないようですので。。。
かなり高いスペックのPCのようですので、Windowsも併用して使用されているのではないかと推測します。
Windowsで無線LANが問題なく使用できているとすればWnidows側からコマンドで
＄　netsh wlan show interfaces
で無線LANのDeviceを調べる事が出来ると思います。もし
Ｒｅａｌｔｅｃ　８８２２ＢＥ　Ｗｉｒｅｌｅｓｓ　ＬＡＮ　８０２．１１．ａｃ PCI-E NIC
のように表示されれば残念ながらＲｅａｌｔｅｃ　８８２２ＢＥのLinux用のDriverはまだ無いようですので、とりあえずUSBでの無線LAN子機で使用して頂き、Driverが出るまで待つしか無いかと思います。

その後如何でしょうか。
私のNEC製PCでは18.04.1へのupgradeでDriverがサポートされるようになったためwifiも問題なく接続できるようになりました。
お試しいただければと思います。
