DELL Latitude 3460を購入し、ubuntu20.04.3をインストールしたのですが、
Wi-Fiが認識されません。

こちらのコマンドで

ドライバーは認識されているようなのですが、
iwconfigでは、以下のように表示され

wlp6s0    IEEE 802.11  ESSID:off/any 
          Mode:Managed  Access Point: Not-Associated   Tx-Power=off   
          Retry short limit:7   RTS thr:off   Fragment thr:off
          Encryption key:off
          Power Management:off

wlan0が認識されていないようです。

こちらのページと同じ現象のようだと思うので、answerのように実行してみましたがダメでした。
