LANケーブルにはcat6Aのものを使っており、そこからつながるスイッチもギガビット対応のものでそこに接続している別のPCは10Gbpsで接続できています。

'ethtool -s eno1 …'のコマンドを実行してautoneg offにしようとしてみたのですが、設定が変わりませんでした。
