初自作ＰＣでもあります。
スペックっぽい部分は下に貼り付けます。

困っていることは、ゲームがなんかすごく重いこと（オフライン版や一人プレイのもの）と、
スリープ画面から復帰できないことです。
ついでに、このような基本的な設定ができるようになるには何から学べばわかりやすいか教えてほしいです。

ネットを見ながらできそうな設定は終わらせた気がしてるのですが、
説明どおりにできない記事ばかりでだいぶ困っています。
よくわからないまま途中までしかできてない設定もありそうで迷子です（危険そうな注意書きがあるものはやってないはず）。
再インストールするでもいいのですが、また冒頭の壁にぶつかるはずです。
何がどこまでできてるのかも、何をどうしてみたらいいのかも、よくわかりません。
