アップデートができません

12.4.1日本語REMIXを使っています。

推奨アップデートとして、以下の６つが利用可能と言われたにもかかわらず、
インストールしようとすると、信頼されていないパッケージのインストールが必要ですと言われてしまい困っています。
commandline pakcage maneger
htps download transport for APT
package managment related utility programs
deb package format runtime library
package format runtime library
utilities and scripts for power management

詳細に書かれていたのは以下の通りでした。
apt apt-transport-https apt-utils libapt-inst1.4 libapt-pkg4.12 pm-utils

１．どうしてこのようなことが起きたのでしょうか。
２．どうすればアップデートをインストールできますか。

別のアップデートのお知らせがきたときにアップデートを行ったらまとめて入ったようです。
とりあえず良しとしておきます。

403 Forbiddenと言われていますが、こちらに何か落度があるのでしょうか。
インターネットは普通にできているのですが。

アクセスしようとしているサイト（ubuntu.sastudio.jp）に
/ubuntu/pool/main/s
とか
/ubuntu/pool/main/t
と言ったディレクトリが無いですね。
「システム設定」->「ソフトウェアとアップデート」で、ダウンロード元：「日本のサーバ」を「その他...」にして、日本の他のサーバを直接指定してみては？
