linuxの初歩的な質問になるのですが。

以下のディレクトリ構造をしていた場合に

[root@localhost 03]# pwd
/backup/test/OUT/2014/03
[root@localhost 03]# ll
合計 4
drwxrwxrwx 2 root root 4096  3月 17 13:28 2014 20140317
[root@localhost 03]#
[root@localhost 03]# mkdir 08
[root@localhost 03]# ll
合計 8
drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 4096  8月 25 16:08 2014 08
drwxrwxrwx 2 root root 4096  3月 17 13:28 2014 20140317
[root@localhost 03]# cd ../
[root@localhost 2014]# ll
合計 4
drwxrwxrwx 3 root root 4096  8月 25 16:08 2014 03
[root@localhost 2014]#
[root@localhost 2014]# cd ../../../
[root@localhost backup]# ll
合計 20
drwxrwxrwx  3 root root 4096  3月 17 13:28 2014 test

08を作成した際にtestディレクトリを同日時に更新したいです。

方法をご教授頂けますでしょうか？
