どなたか、接続されている方はいないでしょうか？

sudo apt-get install l2tp-ipsec-vpn

で l2tp/ipsec を入れ、メニューから SmartServe の設定を入れたのですが、うまくいきません。

Remote Server や Pre-shared Key, user name, password ぐらいした設定するところはないと思うのですが...
（同じＰＣのWindows7からは問題なく接続できています。）

ログはこんな感じで、タイムアウトしてしまいます。
