LSI Embedded megaraidが反映されない

表題の通りの問題が起きております.
現在当該問題が発生しているサーバーでは,homeディレクトリをRAID10で構成したデバイスにマウントするようになっております.
そのため,homeディレクトリがマウントできず,Emergency modeになってしまいます.
(原因特定に至った詳細はこのような状態です https://forums.ubuntulinux.jp/viewtopic.php?id=19800)

使用しているサーバーは,富士通のPRIMERGY TX1310 M1を使用しており,表題のRAIDシステムを使っております.
使用しているHDDは全て4TBのもので,RAID10を構成しているため,総容量が8TBとなります.

Emergency modeに入り,journalctl -xbコマンドを実行し,中身を確認すると,
900行目あたりで使用しているHDDに対し,Alternate GPT is invalid, using primary GPTと表示されておりました.
それぞれのHDDは全て単体としては

   scsi 2:0:0:0: Direct-Access ATA

と表示されており,認識されているようです.

また,950行目付近では,

   md125: detected capacity change from 0 to 7999999442944

と表示されており,8TBとして取り扱われているようですが,fdisk -lにてチェックすると,/dev/md125は,容量こそ7.3TiBとなっているものの,
パーティション2(/dev/md125p2)の容量が3.7TBとなっており,RAIDの構成がされていない状態となり,
また,ファイルシステムが不明のためマウントができない状態になっております.

これはどのように復旧を行えば良いのでしょうか.
最低限RAIDディスクの中身さえ復旧できれば良いので,LiveUSB等用いて復旧を行う方法でも構いません.
どなたかご教示お願いいたします.

度々失礼します。Nakamura です。
先日は"起動しなくなりました" というタイトルだったので起動させることを優先かと思っていましたが、/home にマウントされていたRAID10 のデータを救出するということ優先ということでよいでしょうか?
そうなると感覚的に、かなり難易度があがります(;^_^A

ハードウェアRAID の環境は手元にないのでどこまでサポートできるかわかりませんが以下の情報がわかれば知りたいです。

以下のコマンドは焼いたUSB から起動したUbuntu でターミナルを開き、root ユーザ(sudo su -) で実行されることを想定しています。
また各コマンドが存在しない場合はapt-get でインストールして実行してみてください。

1) blkid のコマンドの結果
2) lsblk のコマンドの結果
3) 起動していたシステム(USB から起動したシステムではない)の/etc/fstab の内容
例えば/dev/sda3 がSSD の/ ファイルシステムだったとした場合、手順は以下のようになります。
mount /dev/sda3 /mnt
cat /mnt/etc/fstab
4) 各ディスクのパーティション情報(gdisk コマンドが無い場合はインストールしてから実施してください)
find /dev/ -group disk | xargs -I {} bash -c "echo {} && gdisk -l {}"

また、これを見ている方でUbuntu でハードウェアRAID に詳しい方いましたら、ツッコミよろしくお願いします。。。

感触からいうと…難しそうです。

上記メッセージが出ているのと、確かに8TB のボリュームが見えてないのが変ですね。
頂いた出力から具体的な原因はわかりませんが、ひとまず
バックアップGPTパーティションが無事であればそこからGPT パーティションテーブルを修復して
故障前のように今までどおり起動したら、もしかしたら8TB のRAID10 ボリュームも認識するようになるかも…と予測しています。
以下はGPT パーティションテーブルを修復するやり方について説明します。

# 各ディスクのGPT パーティションテーブルのバックアップを取得する
sgdisk -b sda_backup.gpt /dev/sda
sgdisk -b sdb_backup.gpt /dev/sdb

メッセージが消えたらUSB のUbuntu イメージを抜いて再起動…です。

## 場合によって再起動させるまえに/etc/fstab のswap 領域 はコメントアウトしたほうがいいかもしれません
UUID=3f2e1981-fba8-426a-b250-65115d4f83f1 none            swap    sw              0       0

これで故障前と同様に、今までどおり起動できればいいですが。。
