バージョン：Ubuntu 22.04.1 LTS
マザーボード：Z690 PLUS

・現在の状況
自作したPCでbluetooth接続ができません。
ワイヤレスマウス（ドングル付き）は使用可能。
bluetooth設定画面でトグルを押して変更できる（トグルの色がそもそも変わらない）が、「Bluetoothがオフのになっています」の表示のままです。

・試したこと
下記のコマンドによる再インストールなど
sudo services Bluetooth start
sudo apt install --reinstall bluez gnome-bluetooth indicator-bluetooth pulseaudio-module-bluetooth
sudo apt install bluez gnome-bluetooth indicator-bluetooth pulseaudio-module-bluetooth

他のサイトも参考にしながらいろいろ試しましたが、接続できません。
マザーボードは対応のものだと思うのですが、受信ドングルを別途購入しなければならないのでしょうか？
また、載せる情報に不足がありましたら教えてください。

知識不足のため至らぬ点があるかもしれませんがよろしくお願いします。
