「Ubuntu Server 24.04.5 LTS」が新規インストール後しばらくしてカーネルパニック発生してしまう？

## 発生事象
「Ubuntu Server 24.04.5 LTS」（ ubuntu-24.04.5-live-server-amd64.iso ）ですが、
https://documentation.ubuntu.com/release-notes/24.04/5/

インストール完了してしばらく稼働しているとカーネルパニックが発生してしまいます。
※２台のPC中2台（どちらもHyper-VのVMマシンとして）


## 発生している問題・エラー

## 自分で試したこと

同じPC/Hyper-V構成でも、「Ubuntu Server 24.04.**4** LTS」では発生しません。


#### ホストPCスペック

- PC1：
プロセッサ    Intel(R) N150 (800 MHz)
実装 RAM    16.0 GB (15.7 GB 使用可能)
グラフィックス カード    Intel(R) Graphics


- PC2：
プロセッサ    12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1255U (1.70 GHz)
実装 RAM    16.0 GB (15.7 GB 使用可能)
グラフィックス カード    Intel(R) Iris(R) Xe Graphics


- 両PC共通：
エディション    Windows 11 Pro
バージョン    25H2
OS ビルド    26200.9457
エクスペリエンス    Windows 機能エクスペリエンス パック 1000.26100.360.0

皆さんも「Ubuntu Server 24.04.5 LTS」インストール後、同事象は発生していますか？

Hyper-V の環境がないので、ノートPCに直接 Ubuntu Server 24.04.5 LTS をインストールしましたが、カーネルパニックは起きませんでした。

添付の症状を ChatGPT に相談してみましたが、メモリーが足りないことから、プロセスを頻繁にキルしているとのことでした。

Those logs are not a kernel panic. They show the Linux kernel's OOM (Out-Of-Memory) killer repeatedly killing processes because the VM has exhausted available memory.

The important part is:

Out of memory: Killed process 812 (unattended-upgr)
Out of memory: Killed process 776 (udisksd)

And the fact that the system eventually becomes completely unresponsive strongly suggests the VM is severely memory-starved, possibly with no usable swap.

で、最初にやるべきことは、一旦 Hyper-V の設定の【動的メモリを有効にする】のチェックを外しみて様子を見ることのようです。

私自身で検証できていないですが、指示の通り【動的メモリを有効にする】のチェックを外すとどうなるでしょうか？

ご確認ありがとうございます。
実は、VMマシン設定-動的メモリの最小RAMを(デフォルト)「512MB」から「2048MB」に引き上げて様子見をしているところでした。

※おそらくこの設定でも安定して稼働している様子？

そうするとこれは、Hyper-V側の初期値（512MB）の問題なのか？
あるいは、Ubuntu側のメモリバルーンニングの不具合なのか？←少なくとも今まで使ってきた「24.04.4」では発生したことはありませんでしたし。

ちなみにゲストUbuntu上では統合ゲストサービスとして次のインストールは行っています。（ただしこれも24.04.4の時から同じ）

これらに問題はあるでしょうか？
