はじめまして

タイトルの件なのですが、Ubuntuの端末で以下の手順を実行すると
command-not-foundがクラッシュします。
現在、インストールしているPCが1台だけなので他の環境やバージョンの確認ができていませんが
これは、既知の問題なのでしょうか？

再現方法
1.端末を起動する
2.スーパーユーザになる
3.LANGをCに設定する
4.存在しないコマンドを実行する

上記手順を実行すると以下のメッセージが出力されます
