ubuntu 9.10に flashplugin-nonfree の仕方がわかりません。

ubuntu 9.10に flashplugin-nonfree する仕方がわかりません。
adobe flash playerをインストールするためにflashplugin-nonfreeをインストールしないといけないとyahoo japanの知恵袋で言われましたが、パッケージマネージャでflashplugin-nonfreeと検索しても何もでてきませんし、端末で sudo apt-get install flashplugin-nonfree と入力してもなにも出てきませんでした。
どこのサイトでダウンロードしてインストールすればいいのですか。

「flashplugin」だけで検索すると出てくるとおもいます。

補足です。
FlashPlayerのインストールを行うパッケージは、8.10までは「flashplugin-nonfree」だったのですが、
http://packages.ubuntu.com/intrepid-updates/flashplugin-nonfree

9.04からは「flashplugin-installer」となり、
http://packages.ubuntu.com/jaunty/flashplugin-installer

9.04のflashplugin-nonfreeは、flashplugin-installerをインストールする(そして結果FlashPlayerが入る)移行用パッケージとなりました。
「flashplugin-nonfree を入れる」という情報は古くなっています(最終的に期待する結果は得られるのですが)。

システム→システム管理→日本語環境セットアップヘルパから入れると良いかも。

分かりにくいかも知れませんが、無くても「次へ」をクリックすると次の候補が出てきます。

「次へ」では無かったです。
「OK」をクリックすると次の候補が表示されます。
です。
そこで
[□ flashplugin-installer | 【推奨】Adobe Flash Player (FireFox用プラグイン)]
にチェックを入れてください。
後は「OK」を押していけば大丈夫です。
