今は僕の無線ネットワーク見える、でもコネクト時々出来る。

いつもrebootの後コネクト出来ませんでも、SSID見えるそして、自分のNetwork Manager設定ちゃんとあります。 Shared KeyとOpen Systemのルーター設定やりましたでも、やはりかんけないでした。　変な問題ですね　？＿？

For your question it is a bit of both.

Thanks to you, I can now view my network SSID about 99% of the time. Unfortunately, the problem is still the same. I can only connect sometimes and it is extremely temperamental.

Every time I restart or reboot, the SSID, password and other settings are all saved but it doesn't connect automatically. When I try to connect manually, I can see the Network Manager icon swirling around proving that it is trying to connect but it never does.

To get the internet to work, I have to delete my network settings, type in the information again and try to connect. If it doesn't work, I have to keep repeating this process quite a few time until it connects.

On a side note, I am using a NEC LaVie laptop. At the back on the laptop on the left hand side there is a button that switches the wireless connection on or off in windows. When the button if off there is on colour, when it is on but not connected it's orange and when it has connected it is yellow. In XP it changes colour properly but in Ubuntu when I finally connect to my network the light doesn't turn green, it stays on orange. Maybe this has something to do with my connection problems or maybe it is because Ubuntu doesn't use the same drivers XP does.
