起動オプションに「nomodeset」、「xforcevesa」のどちらか、もしくは両方を付けてみるとどうでしょうか。

その後
コンソールで、/etc/X11/xorg.conf を作成し
startx や　Xreset　を実行したところ、window画面になりました
ただ、しばらく（１分）でログイン画面に急になってしまいます。
ターミナルに書き込んでいるときでもいきなり、ログイン画面で、パスワードを入れると
もとのターミナルで作業していたところに戻ります

設定から、モニターを見ると、モニター：不明
となっていました
このモニタは、どうやって探せばいいのでしょうか

LiveCDというのが、インストール用に作ったCDでしょうか
それであれば、確かに起動します
一度インストールしたあと
Tryで起動して、インストール済みのファイルシステムは見られるようです
画面もちゃんとPCにあった解像度となっています
そこでMonitorを見ても、確かにドライバーが不明のようで
やはり、ドライバーを正しく入れる必要はあるようです

＞「電源ON＋SHIFTキーを押し続ける」です。
＞起動が始まりgrubメニューが表示されます

このｵﾌﾟｼｮﾝをGRUBに付けてみましたが、同じです。
とりあえずの画面はでますが、すぐにログインに変わってしまいます
１６：９でなく４：３で画面もあっていません

PCとモニターの仕様が分かればよいのですが、PCとモニターの接続はどうなっています？
もしHDMIやディスプレイポート接続の場合は、DVIやアナログRGBでつなぎ直してください。
