conkyに詳しい方お助けください(^_-)-☆

先日初心者用フォーラムで質問を申し上げたものです。どうしても解決しませんでしたので、新しくトピックを投稿しています。

conky-colorsというソフトを使ってconkyをインストールしようとしました。

ホームページに書いてあるとおり設定を進め一応インストールには成功しました。

設定オプションは

としました。

となっています。

ところがこれを実行しても、
http://twitpic.com/6ftp30/full
の様になってしまい、HDから下の表示が崩れてしまいます。

本来ならば
http://gnome-look.org/content/preview.php?preview=1&id=92328&file1=92328-1.jpg&file2=92328-2.jpg&file3=92328-3.jpg&name=CONKY-colors
の右下のように表示される筈なのです。

conkyrcの設定ファイルを見る限り、NETWORKとWEATHERのアイコンはフォントを使って行われているようであるので、フォントが正しくインストールされていないのではないかと推測しました。

そこで、
sudo fc-cache -f -v
を実行しフォントキャッシュをリフレッシュしてみたのですが状況は改善されません。

全く手が出ず困っております。どなたかお助け下さい。m(__)m

環境はUbuntu10.10,conky-colorsのバージョンは7.0.3であります。

のfontがWeatherになってますが、こういうフォントは入っていますか？何となく文字化けているところはフォントを個別指定しているところのように見えます。

インストールされているはずなのですが、インストールされているフォントの調べ方がわかりません。教えて頂けますでしょうか。よろしくお願いします。

システム→設定→外観の設定→『フォント』タブ

使用可能なフォント一覧の取得は

コード:

~$ fc-list

して取得可能です。
結構な数ありますので、

コード:

~$ fc-list > font.txt

とかすると、ユーザーディレクトリ直下に、font.txtというファイルができますので、エディタから開いてみてください。
検索機能で ipa を検索するとipa系の日本語フォント名が分かります。
その他だと takao とかですかね。

いずれかの名前を、conkyrcに設定してみてはいかがでしょう。

レイアウトが崩れているだけに見えますけど、デスクトップの解像度を変更することで何か変化が現れないでしょうか。
