11.10にバージョンアップしたら　インテルfortran が　起動しなくなりました.
たとえば、ifort aaa.f とすると
Error: A license for FCompL could not be obtained
Your license is not current enough to allow you to use this
newer version of our software.  Usually this occurs because
your support services license expired before we created this

ifort: error #10052: could not checkout FLEXlm license
と言うメッセージが返って着ます.
再度、違うバージョンのfortranをダウンロードしてインストールしようとすると
をすると、今度は、正しいライセンスコードを入れても、ライセンスコードが違うと言ってきてインストールができません.
そもそもダウンロードマネージャーでダウンロードができません.なぜか？(認証されていないサイトだと何とか言ってきます)
（ウィンドウズ経由でダウンロードしましたが、、。）
どうしたら　またfortranが使えるようになるのでしょうか？
困っています.
