お世話になります。
掲題の件、復旧方法についてご教示下さい。

環境
MacOSX 10.6　に rEFInd をインストールし、Ubuntu12.04.2 LTS　をインストールし、デュアルブート。
Ubuntuは　/dev/sda3にインストール（マウントポイントは/）

OSをインストール後、Update適用->正常に適用された

Update適用後Ubuntuにインストールしたもの
ClamTK、７Zip、VMwarePlayer5.0.2
マシンをシャットダウンし、電源投入->Ubuntu起動したところ

Ubuntu12.04起動時

error hd0 out of disk が表示されたが、
この状態で、Ubuntuを通常カーネルで起動プロセス実行

起動中に

ここで何も受け付けられないので、電源断（電源ボタンで電源断）したところメッセージが流れたが確認出来なかった。


PCは再構築中なので保存しておくべきデータはありません。
