Xubuntu12.04.3 32bit版でXubuntu12.04.3 64bit版のISOファイルをUbuntu Customization Kitを使ってカスタマイズしようとしたところ途中でエラが出てISOファイルを作れませんでした。
PCはONKYOのC205A3です。
ja→ja→ja→others→ファイル選択→文字入力→yes→yes→noの順で進みCUIでISOファイルの展開?などが行われたところで

何が原因でエラーが出たのか分かりません。
原因が分かる人がいたら教えてくれると助かります。
また、エラーのでない方法を教えてくれると助かります。
